Ok for gstreamer 0.10.

The Banshee FAQ says we can get AAC support with some GStreamer 0.8 packages 
(http://banshee-project.org/Distributions/Ubuntu). Does this work for AAC 
encoding and playback? Or must I forget AAC for time?
