[Banshee-List] ShowTrackOnChange Plugin - Updated, 0.3.1

Greetings,

I've release version 0.3.1 of the ShowTrackOnChange plugin.  0.3 had
issues with anything other than the latest released Banshee (at the
time) as well as some troubles with multiple displays.  All these issues
were addressed in 0.3.1, any feedback is always helfpul.
