[Banshee-List] New License Viewing Patch

I've released a new license viewing patch for Banshee:

The big changes in this are:
o license viewing works independent of verification thanks to the new
task scheduler
o verification has been moved to a plugin and a library
o license information is stored in a separate table in the banshee database
o removed the small amount of parsing that was done in the license cell renderer
o updated purty CC icons

The verification plugin and library are not needed to use the license
viewing patch. If you would just like to try the patch, apply it and
then download the required images from the CC svn repo and put them in
banshee/data/images/ from here:
svn checkout https://svn.sourceforge.net/svnroot/cctools/ccbanshee
