I've just committed a patch from Ján Sokoly that should fix compilation on Windows with MonoDevelop. For me, the Nereid project now compiles "out of the box" using the instructions. I don't see what can be done about the harmless but discouraging error with libbanshee.cproj, other than removing the project from the solution. Maybe it would also be nice to refresh the banshee-dev.zip file on the website.
