ANNOUNCE: balsa-2.5.10 and 2.6.0 released

Hi all,

You can start enjoying freshly released balsa 2.5.10 and 2.6.0 now. These releases are very similar, except for 2.5.10 still depending on gmime-2.x. balsa-2.6.0 requires gmime3, which is the currently supported version of gmime library.
