The LINGUAS file was already in place, but I left the 'languages' argument in case it was needed with older 
Meson versions. Seems OK to drop it now.

My bad: I forgot that the older glib-genmarshal has no '--output' option; we must use 'capture=true' to, 
well, capture the output.

Both fixed (I hope) in git master.
