I think this would be better.  Just don't name the technical details of the implementation, but the intended purpose.  
I.e. something like "Optimise for low-bandwidth connections if possible" (this was my intention of re-naming 
the crypto options the smtp dialogue).

Implemented on master. On the "Advanced" page of the mailbox configuration dialog, the option is "Overlap 
commands", language I adapted from what RFC 2449 mentions as what was used before the PIPELINING capability was defined.

Note that the default is FALSE; if you find that PIPELINING works with your server and not using it degrades 
your POP3 performance, you'll need to explicitly enable it.
