[Patch/Gtk3] properly detect html-to-text conversion helper



Hi all,

Jack detected a bug in the configure script, erroneously setting a #define in config.h to an empty string 
instead of undef'ing it when no external html-to-text conversion helper could be found.  The attached patch 
fixes it.
