Proper replying to embedded messages has not been implemented in balsa

yet. I have just refactored one part of the code to make it possible
but some more changes are needed as well.

	Hi,
there would be a workaround, but it does not work yet. It is to save attached messages to mail folders in balsa. It's still not working.

Meanwhile, DJ, I can propose a workaround. Use mutt (or any other mailer) to save messages from a digest to a separate mailbox and use those messages as usual.
