two nits

Nit 1.  After exiting v 2.3.0 (and previous) does not save the geometry  
of the main window.  Editing ~/.gnome2/balsa gets me a window sized the  
way I want it, but the geometry reverts to the old size after a reboot.  
What am I missing?

Nit 2.  There appears to be no way to configure the 'new mail' sound  
per user.  That would be nice.
