I want western-europe (iso-8859-1).

But I would like to real force the encoding of message,  
bypassing the header.

Something I noticed is that it writes messages using UTF-8  
charset, maybe he just can convert ISO-8859-1 to UTF-8  
correct.  (would be nice to choose the encoding of the  
response).

Well, I am trying to recompile it on my system, actually I  
am using the debian package. Let's see what's happen.
