I've already reported that. There is a small anooyance : if I use the  
Euro (€) symbol in a message, when I send it, balsa tell me it is a  
multi-language message and ask me to choose the language. The advice is  
to use utf-8. Teh Euro symbol *is* part of the national language  
(iso-8859-15) and my locale is set for it.
