Display "all headers" and various problems

I use HEAD with Albrecht patch.

1 - display all headers

When I do a display all headers only "some" headers are displayes. And  
the number of headers displayed vary. Some messages have few headers  
displayed other have many ....

2 - make install issue
----------------------
I built it with :
./autogen.sh --prefiw=/opt/balsa-2.1.0 --with-ldap --with-ssl --with- 
gpgme

When I do thr make install I get the following error

/usr/bin/install: `./Balsa.idl' and `./Balsa.idl' are the same file

I have had a look in the Makefile, the destinatino directory seems to  
be $(DESTDIR)$(idldir), maybe it shoud be $(DESTDIR)$(prefix)/$(idldir)
(maybe with something else added ..)

3 - "hidded deleted"
--------------------
I have filters which move the incoming mail from the inbox to various  
boxes. The mail appear with the trash icon in the inbox, even if  
"hidden deleted" has been checked.
