Hey !! This works great. With a personal stupid crontab like

SHELL=/bin/bash
PATH=/sbin:/bin:/usr/sbin:/usr/bin
MAILTO=""

*/1 * * * * mailfilter

and a limit of 100Kb of size, good by to the ton of 150Kb messages.

If we relay on this utility, all what is needed in balsa is a preference similar
to the 'Filter messages through procmail', but global, not per account.
Parhaps in Preferences:Mail Options:Incoming:

[ ] Check mail automatically every [ ] minutes
[ ] Prefilter mail with 'mailfilter'

And if someone is bored, a dialog for configuring .mailfilterrc: copy
the accounts info, filter by size...
(i know, shut up and send code...)

Couldn't resist, I'm happy with my new nifty toy.
