howto checkout stable

Hi.

I have problems with HEAD cvs, and tried to checkout the stable branch:

werewolf:~/soft/comm/tmp# cvs -d ':pserver:anonymous@anoncvs.gnome.org:/cvs/gnome' co balsa-2-0
cvs server: cannot find module `balsa-2-0' - ignored
cvs [checkout aborted]: cannot expand modules

werewolf:~/soft/comm/tmp# cvs -d ':pserver:anonymous@anoncvs.gnome.org:/cvs/gnome' co -r 2-0 balsa
cvs [server aborted]: Numeric tag 2-0 contains characters other than digits and '.'

How can I get it ?
