Strange, all three options work for me. Can you elaborate what exactly
is not as expected, provide screenshots, describe your configuration?
simple threading should work most of the time identically as JWZ. JWZ
is supposed to handle incomplete message threads better (when eg.
message from the middle of the thread is missing).
