Reflow Selected Text

Reflow Paragraph and Reflow Message have been replaced in cvs by Reflow 
Selected Text, which converts the lines containing selected text to a 
single flowed paragraph with standard quoting.  As in quote coloring, 
the Quoted Text Regular Expression is used to decide the level of 
quoting for the paragraph.

Reflow Paragraph and Reflow Message were disabled for format=flowed 
messages, so they've been largely useless. The new item is disabled 
only if format=flowed is unchecked.

So now you can repair (at least manually) the damage done by non-
flowed-aware MUAs and users!
