Problems with Balsa 2.0.11

OK, I've installed Balsa 2.0.11 and it seems to run fine. However, I
can't create any filters. When I create a new filter, the actions on the
second tab can't be edited. So, for example when I try to get the filter
to "Move to...", I can't find any way to specify where to move the
message to.

What I really want to do is send the text and headers of a message to a
script. Is this possible with Balsa?
