[PATCH] Fix for the mdk section of the spec file

Hi!

Attached is a patch against Balsa's 2.0.12 spec file that fixes 
the build of a RPM package in a Mandrake 9.x environment. I got 
sick and tired of editing the spec file for every new release 
so I tried to fix it once and for all. I think that editing 
the spec file to change the %define for a MDK build is enough...

If someone can test the new spec in a Mandrake 9.1 environment or 
even a Mandrake 9.2 pre-release I would be most grateful. I've 
tested it in a 9.0 version of MDK and I've checked that all 
the packages are available in the Mdk 9.1 ISO's. In fact even 
aspell 0.50 is available in Mdk 9.1, unfortunately not in Mdk 
9.0, so I haven't remove the "deprecated-pspell" config switch.
