I'm only talking about the mailbox-tree on the left. Having the text 
bold if it contains unread mails is sufficiently obvious IMHO, and 
would be consistent with the appearance in the message-index.
Therefor it would remove only one prefs-option.

The colors for quoted text are quite useful right now, so I'm not sure 
howto handle that. Leaving it as-is for a while should be fine. I 
didn't intend to start a revolution in that area. :o)

I don't think I can answer any of these right now. I'll try to get some 
facts in the long run.
