OK, here are some questions!
Would the patch remove colors completely? Or add an overriding pref
item to disable all colors? If so, under what heading? Should Balsa
have an A11y menu somewhere, or an A11y page on the prefs? How do other
apps handle issues like this?
Having all color settings handled by one or two methods in an agreed-
upon place would be one way to organize it.
