I agree completely... but then I think the way balsa handles forwarding is 
*absolutely* correct and should *not* be touched. Forwarding as attachment 
includes everything of the original message. I guess that pgp/gpg 
signed/encrypted parts in the attachment will stay intact, so that even 
this feature (if we have it some day, soon hopefully ;-)) will work with 
attached messages. The only drawback is that balsa can not (yet) display 
the embedded headers and structure (I wrote a first patch for that, but it 
didn't make it into the cvs yet...).
