Titles ? [was Re: crashed on...]

With my version, the icon title is

rfc822 message (from (No sender), subject "(No subject)")

whereas with Eliseev's it is

rfc822 message (subject "(No subject)")

The cleanest title would be just

rfc822 message

and the most explicit would be

rfc822 message (no sender, no subject)

How should Balsa construct titles and other strings when parts of  
the message headers are missing?
