Text wrapping

Some changes in the way Balsa wraps text in the message window and the 
compose window have just been checked in to cvs.  The new code relies 
on Pango to find possible line breaks, instead of simply looking for 
spaces.  In the compose window, it also wraps automatically with a 
half-second timeout.
