Take a look at the `mru' code in src/balsa-index.c. It should be 
possible to do something similar with fe_mailboxes: list the most 
recently used mailboxes, and a last option to pop up the tree view in a 
dialog. A BalsaMRU widget that could be used anywhere would be nice...
