Nope. "Forward Attached" takes a complete message "as is", including all 
attachments and headers, and attaches it with mime type message/rfc822.

Browsing through the Changelog, I found that this was added to the cvs on 
2001-09-22 (for details see this file yourself, please...). No idea what 
version this was, though.
