Sorry, minor slip there. I meant the Content-ID header value of course, 
not the filename parameter. I had forgotten about the exact structure of 
these messages when I wrote the mail, and didn't bother to check; I just 
wanted to point out something I knew to be true, i.e. that ALL images fail 
to be displayed, not just the ones with external URLs.
