Filters "documentation"

	Hi all,
I attached a "documentation" for the filters to this mail. I think that I
have problems with my web site (certainly due to my ISP), so don't loose
your time.
I can send the patch for the ones that are interested (but be patient).
Pawel : I tried bugzilla but I have to give an URL, argh... Could you do
something for that? (ie put the patch I'll send you on a link that I could
refer to when posting to bugzilla).
