PATCH: `send' feedback

When composing a large message (with e.g. a big attachment) I recognised a
long delay between hitting the `send' button and a feedback by balsa (popping
up of smtp windows). Although the long delay (~65 seconds for a ~3 MB
tar.gz!!!) could be caused by my slow machine (old PPC604e/166), it might be
nice to have some "visual" feedback that balsa is still alive.
The attached patch (against today's cvs) sets the composer's cursor to the
`watch' symbol and flushes the GDK event queue. Note that this does not change
the cursor of all the entry fields...
Cheers, Albrecht.
