libESMTP Mailing list

Hi Folks,

I've finally got the libesmtp development mailing list up and running!

Please direct all messages to that list when dealing with matters that
are exclusive to libESMTP.  The balsa list remains appropriate for discussion
of the specific use of libESMTP within balsa.  It may make sense to cc
some messages to both lists, of course.
