Right, with all my information I forgot to mention to add the MX records to
the DNS zone...

Edit /var/named/named.ravenconsulting.com

Add (at EOF) these lines:

@	IN	MX	0 <yourip>
@	IN	MX	10 <your ISPs backup MTA IP or name>
