im really impressed with how fast balsa has been developing. i just
want to say thanks to all you people putting so much effort into it,
and making it by far the best linux mail client out there.
i just have one little suggestion, mentioned before. support some
kind of ultra-simple address book (text file or something). im one of
those people that prefers functional simplicity to features. i prefer
opera to netscape, icewm to gnome, etc. for that reason i am
basically left without any kind of addressbook (gnomecard, though
installed, seems to only be only half-functional).
this is imho the one last major issue left in balsa. though
admittedly its only a major issue for those of us who dont use gnome.
also, cut-and-pasting from other apps/windows into the compose
windows to/subject headers is still broken. others have reported it
as well so i wont get into details, suffice to say if i've
cut/pasted, clicking "send" usually causes the "to" field to turn
empty, nothing else happens.
but im beginning to think this is caused by something else because
there seem to be few of us suffering from this.
