[PATCH] update de.po in 1.2.1

Hi,

I've taken the time to overhaul the de.po of balsa 1.2.1, the patch is
attached.

NOTE: I also change the comment 'should "Re:" be localized' in balsa.pot
to display that Re: should _*NEVER*_ _*NEVER*_ _*NEVER*_ be localized.
We have dreadful experience with users that have localized versions of
M$ 0utl00k, and it leads to Subjects like:

Re: AW: Re: AW: Rép: Re[2]:

It MUST be Re:. Always. Forever. Don't touch it. Better remove it from
the list of strings that can be localized. Also remove any texts that
become part of message headers from the list of strings that can be
localized.
