Popup item in the mailbox-list

Hi there,

This one add's a popup item (View Source) in the popupmenu of the
Mailbox-list
(create_menu in balsa-index.c). When selecting more then one E-Mail, more
SourceViewers are started with each one of the selected E-Mails ...
