Finally I integrate it in last filters patches (filters-1.2.3-2, bugzilla 
#63459). Thanks.
I finally decided to put it in filter-run-callbacks.c (that needed a small 
API change in filter.c/h) to avoid to have headers coming from src 
included in libbalsa files.
