[PATCH (partial)] menu text and po files...

Hi all.
   I was looking at the spanish version of balsa
and noticed that besides the problems with the
long text in the toolbar, A large number of menu
items were in english... they had the wrong text
in the .po file... But when I fixed them, I discovered
that the popup menu was now incorrect... (the text
is slightly different - capitalization).
   I suspect that the correct fix is to modify the .po
file the way I did, and then fix the popup menu to
use the (slightly more correct) drop down menu
spellings...
   If no one else is doing this, I can do it... somebody
let me know (I can also modify all the .po files to 
do the right thing...). A question though: is there a
"proper" way to update the .po files?
