Where is iconv ? :)

Hi,
During the Balsa 1.1.5 configure, I have this error. Do you know, on a Debian Sid, what is the library in question ?
checking for iconv... no
checking for library containing iconv_open... no
configure: error: *** You need iconv for libmutt.
make: *** [configure-stamp] Error 1
