Filters

	Hi all,
I just want to know if the skeleton of filter.c that I have submitted is 
correct enough, I had no feed-back. It provides only the FILTER_SIMPLE 
filter type (still incomplete), but can be used to test the mechanism. 
If the patch is accepted I'll try to work on the UI part which is rather 
incomplete (but I'm not too confortable with gtk programming yet, so it 
could be slow).
