Okay. I've run a test with all the messages set to "Show in List. Here's
the results (forgive any line wraps)
----
Reading /home/Raven/mail/outbox...
Sorting mailbox...
>From ravens_nest@att.net: 250 Sender <ravens_nest@att.net> and extensions
(SIZE=1679360) Ok
To dmstowell@ravenslakeconsulting.com: 250 Recipient
<dmstowell@ravenslakeconsulting.com> Ok
Message delivery problem, placing it in your outbox. System will attempt to
redeliver the message until you delete it.
Mailbox is unchanged.

The long pause with a quantity of modem activity occurs after the message
about the recipient is issued. I know that the ISP isn't limiting me, as I
can send this file with Spruce (but it can't do a *bunch* of other things
balsa can do ;) )
Is there any other way I can give you more detailed messages? Or do you
want to know what my system configuration is? Let me know.
