Balsa + IMAP problems.

OK folks

problem solved.

Since I still have the source tree for the last version of Balsa
where I could see the contents of IMAP mailboxes, I tried Balsa
1.1.6 with that version of libmutt. (libmutt-new is the one out
of current CVS, I renamed it)

The differences in the ChangeLog are as follows

*** libmutt/ChangeLog Fri Apr 20 14:45:27 2001

Compile and link went OK. Now I've got the correct mailbox
tree with Cyrus AND Exchange and I can see the messages on
both servers!

Whatever's gone awry is in libmutt's recent changes!
