This was fixed some time ago and it got broken again when we started to use
libESMTP for mail sending. Basically, the sending_mail flag was not set.
Anyway, I have just commited a two-line fix to CVS, so next release should
behave properly.

The libiconv patch for configure.in by Brian Stafford has been commited and
reported misspellings have been fixed as well.
