hello

little bug report:

how comes that every now and then balsa stores mails
that i want to sent into the outbox and not throwing
it out emidiately ? i need to use 'resent quevued
mails' in the menue just 1 second later to get them
sent correctly..

this sometimes happens when i start balsa through xchat
or when i press a mailto link on a webpage where only
the composer comes up.

i remember having reported this once a while ago.

please review if possible.. thanks and keep up the work.
