Balsa + libiconv

Hi all,

I just updated my Balsa from CVS, but I cannot build a new binary.

The problem is that I installed libiconv since last building.  To avoid
conflicts with the one in GNU libc, it #defines the iconv_xxx()
functions to libiconv_xxx() in a replacement iconv.h

Configure.in will need to have detection added to detect the libiconv
installation and use it instead.  I'm not sure of the foolproof way
to do this, so I thought I'd bring it up on the list in case anyone
else already knows.  If not I'll hack something together in the next
day or so.
