PGP/GnuPG support

	Hello,

	I've been waiting for GnuPG support in balsa for a long time, but
as it doesn't get implemented, I'm thinking of doing it myself. As I read
in previous threads, it seems that it should not be done using the libmutt
pgp support. Anything else to have into account?

	I was thinking of doing it as simple as I could, just two button
when composing a message to encode and a button when reading to decode/check
signing.
