Threads and transfer menu

Hi all,

Balsa still keeps improving that's simply great :-)

Special thanks to Matthew Guenther for the hightlighting
when DNDing that's really helpful.

And now some feedback:
1.) Did you ever recognize that you can't move a whole
thread by minimizing it and moving the main thread.
This also would be a real relief.

2.) I mentioned this some time before but I still have to
claim that the transfer menu is simply to strait for
my mailbox names. Couldn't this be more flexible or
somehow adjustable?
