I can't pick up my mail using Balsa 1.1.0. Each time I try to hit the
server, I get the following error:

Couldn't lock /var/spool/mail/rebus

I followed the advice in the FAQ and set the permissions for spool to
01777. This makes no difference whatsoever. Any hints on how to fix this?
