Sendmsg-window size.

Hi,

The sendmsg_window size is calculated from a guess of 82*7.  My
default font is a different size, so the window is always to small.
I made this patch in an attempt to guess the correct size.  Its
not perfect, as I don't know how to find the scrollbar size, so
I can't compensate for the scrollbar.
