Wierd, I tried it and i get:

[root@lemsip scara]# ldapadd -D "cn=Manager, dc=lemsip, dc=lan" -W < ./test.ldif 
Enter LDAP Password: 
ldap_sasl_interactive_bind_s: No such attribute

I even reduced it down to nothing but the following, with the same error:

cn=Berend De Schouwer, dc=lemsip, dc=lan
objectclass=person
objectclass=top

Does the slapd itself need to be configured in a certain way?
