I guess it is CVS: this part of code is not under rewrite, I am
restructuring the code to make the folder implementation more natural. I am
almost sure that this is why the mailbox configuration is broken in CVS.
But the folders should be ready within couple of days and I will take care
of their configuration (as well as single mailbox configuration).
