Continue'ing a mail with an attachment

Hi,

did you ever try and continue a mail which you had
saved after attaching a file ?

After continueing the complete file is shown at the
end of the mail as if it was normal mail text.

Couldn't balsa at least include those chars which make clear
to the addressee's mail client where the mail ends and where the
attachment starts ?
